I made this because it's something I want to wear to start conversations. I made this because I want a way to give back.
I'm outraged at the ease with which we look away from the horror that is becoming ever prevalent in our society. It's not okay to hunt people. It's not okay to weaponize tears and false fear. It's not okay to stand idly by or wring our hands and send thoughts and prayers. It's time to make change in the systems of oppression.
The way that I feel most quickly able to help make change is to give money to the organizations that are doing work to change those systems and to help people who are most unequally impacted.
